Services & Treatments
Treatment as unique as you are.
Whether medical or aesthetic, your treatment should be created for you. Our team of physicians assesses each patient, their concerns and symptoms, and offers an individual treatment plan. That means that you are always getting the best care for your specific needs.
We offer several different options for the medical treatment of varicose veins.
Based on your assessment, your physician will decide the procedure that is best for your individual case. All of our treatment options are:
- Office based
- Performed in less than 90 minutes
- Non-invasive so you have minimal recovery time

Endovenous Laser Therapy (EVLT)
EVLT is a non-surgical, ultrasound guided procedure that utilizes a thin, laser fiber. As the fiber is withdrawn from the vein, small pulses seal and closes the vein. Once again, the body will naturally re-route the blood flow through your healthy veins.
Microphlebectomy
This is a minimally invasive treatment for smaller varicose veins. Very small incisions are made to remove the vein. These incisions rarely require stitches.
We also offer aesthetic treatments for spider veins.
Our spider vein treatments can be performed the same day as your consultation. Your physician or mid-level will guide you in choosing the best option for your condition. All of our treatments are:
- Office based
- Under 45 minutes
- Non-invasive so you have minimal recovery time

Varicose Vein Treatments
Sclerotherapy and Ultrasound-Guided Foam Sclerotherapy
These procedures involve using a very fine needle to inject medication directly into your spider or varicose vein. The medicine, liquid or foam, causes the unsightly and no longer functional vessels to contract, collapse, and be reabsorbed by your body. Your physician or mid-level may use ultrasound to guide the needle placement and to ensure that that vein has collapsed.
Veinwave Therapy
Veinwave was created by vascular surgeons to treat very small veins that cannot be treated by sclerotherapy. It uses heat to close the vessels instantly. This procedure is used to treat spider veins and telangiectasia (clusters of red, blue or purple veins that spider-web across the cheeks, thighs, calves, ankles and knees).
